About Primrose on Premise®

By offering on-site
child care through Primrose on Premise, employers can recruit and retain top employees,
improve
productivity and satisfaction, reduce absenteeism and strengthen their reputation as an organization
dedicated to its workforce and culture. Employees also have peace of mind knowing their children are safe,
happy and developing academic and character skills that will last them a lifetime.

Our business has enjoyed steady growth over the last 40 years, earning the trust and respect of families
across over 500 schools and 33 states. Primrose Schools® excels as an early education and care
provider because of our flexible, customizable solutions to meet employers’ needs, industry-leading occupancy
levels and commitment to service excellence.

Primrose has 40 years of experience in providing high-quality early education and care. While relatively new
to the employer-sponsored segment of the child care industry, we’ve captured the attention of
Fortune 500 Companies like Procter & Gamble (P&G) and Chevron U.S.A. Our first two Primrose on Premise
schools opened with P&G in early 2017, and the success of these locations led us to expand our on-site child care
offerings.

We know that each company has specific needs, and we create a customized plan for each Primrose on
Premise
location – from the utilization of classrooms to the consideration of several financial models. The capacity
of each classroom (Infant through Kindergarten) is based on each company’s needs, and some locations also
offer our before and after school Explorer Program for children in Kindergarten through fifth grade.
About the Primrose Experience

Primrose is dedicated to maintaining unparalleled standards. We deliver service excellence every day
through the superb, local management of our independent school owners, who must meet strict operational
criteria to own and direct a Primrose on Premise school, including a demonstrated track record of proven
leadership, operational excellence and fiscal success with Primrose Schools. Unlike other child care
providers, Primrose provides a comprehensive, consistent product and approach – from school design to
ongoing training and implementation of our proprietary curriculum. Our School Excellence Team visits each
school annually, and the National Support Team also provides ongoing operations, marketing and curriculum
support to ensure the Primrose Experience meets our high standards.

Balanced Learning is our exclusive, time-tested approach anchored in our belief that who children
become is as important as what they know. Created from the best early education wisdom, Balanced Learning
balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to help children develop the intellectual,
physical, creative and social-emotional skills they need to succeed in school and beyond. We deliver more
than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.

Primrose Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students consistently demonstrate a
high attainment of school
readiness concepts, including scoring higher than widely-held expectations in math and literacy as demonstrated
through the GOLD® assessment system1 and scoring higher than same-age children in science according to
the LENS ON SCIENCE SCALE (LENS).2
1: These results were from over 250 participating Primrose schools, using the MyTeachingStrategies™ GOLD® assessment tool during the 2017-18 school year. Teachers performing the assessments were not all certified in inter rater reliability. Learning domains included physical, mathematics, literacy, cognitive, social-emotional, language and science.
2: These results were from 300 students in 12 participating Primrose schools in 2018, using the LENS ON SCIENCE SCALE (LENS), a scale used to assess children's science performance. The students’ mean LENS score increased 113.6% from pre-test to post-test.

Yes! Primrose Schools helped develop and pilot the early childhood education accreditation for AdvancED®,
which also evaluates major universities worldwide. AdvancED conducts rigorous, on-site reviews of our
schools to ensure that all learners can realize their full potential.

We know it’s not easy for parents to entrust others with the care and education of their children,
and we take our responsibility very seriously. Our School Leadership Teams strive to build supportive
relationships based on trust, respect and open communication with every Primrose parent. We also know
that children benefit from consistent, safe and nurturing environments, so we partner with families to
extend and reinforce learning at home. Using Kinderlime,
parents are able to share in their child’s everyday learning experience through photos and updates right from their smartphones.
We also share weekly classroom schedules, at-home resources, parenting tips and more to keep parents
informed and part of their child’s Primrose Experience.

Not currently. While this is something we may consider in the future, we are focused on providing the best
early learning experience for the children and families we serve.
