Primrose Schools is gaining momentum in Chicagoland. With four schools up and running and several more in the site search and development phases, Primrose Schools is inviting entrepreneurs to join our family and begin rewarding careers as a Franchise Owners. Three qualified sites have been identified around Chicago, eliminating the lengthy search that many owners go through to find the perfect school location. Now, we’re seeking individuals who are passionate about educating the next generation of leaders in an area that’s prime for high-quality early education.
Illinois has more than 3,000 child care centers, but only 14 percent are nationally accredited. And the demand for high-quality child care continues to grow. More young families are settling down in and around the metro area, and they need premier early education and care options both in the suburbs and along their commutes. The areas with sites prime for Primrose schools are Third Lake, Woodridge and Bartlett.
Third Lake, Illinois: This site is located about an hour north of the Chicago metro area and is easily accessible to commuters. The area has a population of 52,000 residents and growing, with a median household income above $95,000. Nearly 3,350 children between the ages of 0 and 4 live within a three-mile radius of the school site.
Woodridge, Illinois: Located less than an hour from the heart of Chicago, this school will be within the premier Seven Bridges golf community to serve families both working and residing in the growing area. The three-mile radius around the school site includes a residential population of more than 95,000 people, with nearly 6,000 children ages 0 to 4 and a median household income above $88,000.
Bartlett, Illinois: Just east of downtown Chicago, this site is well-situated along the commuter route for growing families in this desirable community. The area surrounding the school has a residential population of more than 50,000 people, a workplace population above 15,000, and a median household income that exceeds $101,000. The community is home to more than 2,980 children between the ages of 0 and 4.
All of these communities have an immediate need for the premier early education and care that Primrose provides.
