It’s been an eventful year full of growth for Primrose. As we expand in markets like greater New York, Houston, and Southern California, we’re looking to build relationships with the real estate professionals who know these communities best.
Over the years, our strategic broker relationships have positioned us to serve more families nationwide with our unique early education and care approach. We’re currently experiencing significant and widespread growth, and want to connect with real estate professionals in our target areas who share our dedication and drive – not just to achieve goals, but to positively impact the community.
Check out where we’re growing most rapidly and currently searching for new opportunities:
We have many new schools in the development pipeline in the Northeast. Our team is working hard to create a thriving presence in some of the nation’s largest metropolitan areas, such as greater New York, Washington D.C., Baltimore and Boston. We’re looking for brokers, developers and land owners in these areas to help us find new locations to meet demand for high-quality early education and care.
Texas has been a hot market for school development this year. Our school sites there demonstrate our flexibility when it comes to location, from compact urban sites to the lower floors of office buildings – to not one, but two on-site employer-sponsored schools. Our Real Estate Team has found creative ways to help fill the need for premier child care across the state of Texas. And we’re not done yet. We’re looking to connect with real estate professionals in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston to continue our growth in the Lonestar State.
3. California
Primrose continues to gain a strong foothold in California as new opportunities extend our development contacts westward. We’re looking to build relationships with real estate professionals that will help us meet our growth objectives in Los Angeles and Orange counties to San Francisco and San Diego so that we can establish Primrose Schools as the leading high-quality early education and care option for families across California.
We’re excited to seize the opportunities that exist in these target markets to create a brighter future for the children who call them home. As Primrose Schools continues to advance its mission, we look forward to forging new relationships with like-minded brokers, developers and land owners. We know that with the right real estate partners, everyone will benefit, most of all the children, families and communities we serve.
