- Land: 1–2 acres
- Building: 10,000–15,000+ sq. ft.
- Interior: 9–14 individual classrooms with a warming kitchen

Real Estate Options
The Primrose team will work with you to identify which real estate option best aligns with your financial situation, desired location and the market circumstances.
Lease Investment Option (Permanent Lease Program)
A location would be developed in a space leased from an independent third party. Your project cost would include build out, FF&E, working capital, fees, security deposit and post closing liquidity.
